This evening I was shuffling through some of my parents’ old holiday cards, and found a few from Morton. When I conducted a search online, I was deeply saddened to learn of his departure. My parents considered Morton a friend. He was our neighbor in Keswick Gardens through the 70’s and lived just down the street in the 80’s and 90’s. When I was growing up, I remember seeing and talking to him often, around the apartments and on the path to Willow Lawn. I remember his visits during the holidays. He was by and far one of the nicest people I’ve met. May peace be with him.
