WAKEFIELD, Kent, 68, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 17, 2008. He is survived by his sons, Mike and Douglas Wakefield; grandchildren, Nicole, Melissa, Kristina, and Nathan Wakefield; brother, Tommy Wakefield. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd., (Rt. 10). His funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Dale Memorial Park.

To Kent's children and brother. I worked with Kent at DuPont. We laughed at stories he told about his guitar playing in middle school, he was a "good guy". You are in my thoughts and prayers.
