STADING, Thomas Edward "Big T.," 62, of Montpelier, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Gloria J. Stading; two sons, Myles J. and his wife, Darlene Stading, Thomas C. and his wife, Angela Stading; three sisters, Patricia, Kay and Sharon; a brother, Terry; and nine grandchildren, T.C., Ashley, Austin, Amber, Zoie, Jace, Falyn, Hillary and Bradley. Big T. served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, he was a member of American Legion Post 90 of Beaverdam, and he was an owner/operator truck driver with 30 years of driving America's highways, earning a Million Mile Safety Award. A celebration of his life will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, September 14, at Zion Christian Church in Beaverdam. Interment private.
