Grandpa Early was a great man who always treated me with kindness and grace. He was the smartest person I have ever met and had a hunger for learning that was a great influence on me. He was hysterically funny and very loving to me, as well as his other granddaughters. It hurts my heart to find out this way, but, as always, my love goes out to the family.
