Shilia Phares Sawyer

SAWYER, Shilia Phares, age 61, of Lawrenceville, Va., formerly of Virginia Beach, passed away October 30, 2008. She is survived by her husband, W. Ray Sawyer; her daughter, Jennifer Beasley and husband, Ricky of South Hill; two grandchildren, Cory and Kaylee Beasley; her sister, Sandra Wilson of Alabama; and brother-in-law, Larry Sawyer and wife, Betty of Portsmouth. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville with interment in Oakwood Cemetery, Lawrenceville. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home.
