I was so sorry to hear of Mrs. Massad's sudden death. It's never easy losing a loved one, especially a parent. May the memories you all share of happier times with her and the love and support of family and friends guide you through this difficult time.

No words can express the sorrow we feel when one passes. Always, remember that the she is with the Lord now and there is no sadness or discomfort. She is at peace and rejoicing in the glory of Jesus. I worked as a temporary when the switch from Downtown to West End showroom happened. I was always touched by the family, especially Liz. May your family find comfort in sharing stories and embracing the love that she gave to all.
