Mrs. Black and Julie, I was so saddened to hear of Johnny's passing. We spent many wonderful, strange, and stressful times on calls with the Amelia Emergency Squad and shared a lot of laughs. I will always credit Johnny with teaching me how to deal with people under the most trying of circumstances. I carry his teachings with me, and apply them to the people I encounter every day. He was truly one of a kind and will be sorely missed. Thank you for sharing him with so many of us through the years. My heart goes out to you both in this time of sorrow.

Dear Family,
I was so sad to learn of Johnny's passing. I met him several times during my brief time in Amelia, and during those meetings he was a sweet and kindhearted person. He held a place in my heart because of the knowledge he shared and the wisdom he imparted to me. I will never forget him, and I wish you as much comfort as I could give in knowing how he has touched the lives of so many people.

Dear Family..You are in my prayers to get through this time of sorrow. Even though he had been sick for awhile no one is ever ready to let go. Johnny was a great man,he always smiled and greeted everyone by name. There will never be another like him, but heaven is lucky to have him! Many thoughts and prayers

You will be kept in our hearts and prayers during this difficult time.
Johnny was such a delightful man and even though I only knew him for a short time, he made such a wonderful impact on my life. I can only hope that I'm able to live such full and amazing life as he did. He will be greatly missed!

Mrs.Black and Julie,
I am saddened to hear of the passing of Johnny. He was a Mentor to me when I joined AES, and I have always looked up to him. His knowledge helped mold many of us.
His gift of gab and never missing a chance to play a practical joke will be remembered, too.
Johnny will be remembered in the hearts of all whom new him forever.
