Dr. Childrey and Family:
Please accept my deepest sympathy in the passing of Mrs. Childrey. I have such fond memories of her working at the office when I was a child when my mother would bring my sister and me in to see Dr. Childrey. She was such a charming lady.
Dr. Childrey, take good care of yourself and know how much you are appreciated and that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.
Take care.
