GREENE, Harold Eugene, of Charles City County, Va., departed this life on January 22, 2009. He is survived by his devoted wife, Shirley B. Greene; five sisters, Doris Miles (Wilford) and Sandra Miles, of Charles City, Beverly Sisk of Columbus, Ohio, Pearl Jones (John) and Patricia Gray, of Richmond; three brothers, John (Clarissa), Alan Wayne (Bertha), of Richmond, and Roger Greene of Charles City; 11 stepchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the Gilfield Baptist Church, 6640 Church Lane, Charles City, Va. Reverend Michael Jones officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Gilfield Baptist Church building fund. Please omit food.
