We want to extend our sympathy to the Lowe family. We knew William from days in Brighton Green in Chesterfield - back in the '70s. Every time I think of him I smile - what great times we had as kids playing in the neighborhood. He's moved on to the best neighborhood now.

We will all remember him fondly, and our thoughts are with his loved ones, for comfort and peace.

We had not seen William in a long time, but kept up with him over the years through others that knew him. He was a friend of our daughter's when she was at Patrick Henry High School. He visited our home when we lived in Hanover County, even after our daughter got married and moved away. After we moved, we lost touch except through conversations with others. William was very special to us and very close to our hearts even though we did not see him very often. He was a very special, caring, and sincere person....the kind a person never forgets and the world needs more of. We are very sad that God chose to take him so soon. Our hearts go out to his family, girlfriend and daughter, and especially his son. He, obviously, is one of God's chosen and has been chosen to go "home" to be an Angel to all those who loved him so much here on Earth. Our thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you.

First I would like to offer my condolences to Williams family. I have known William since high school and will miss him dearly. I know of few people that had the giving spririt that William had, he was always trying to help someone. As a dedicated father, a great friend and always trying to get a laugh, William touched so many lives and his spirit will live on in all of us.
Love you brother...
