YANCEY, Frank Henry, 81, of Ruther Glen, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on September 24, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Waller Yancey; daughter, Deborah H. Yancey (Ted); grandson, Frank T. Seal; great-grandson, Anthony Nickolas Seal, who brought so much joy to his papa; four sisters, Virginia Kerrick (Bernard), Helen Mansfield (James), Charlotte Brown (George), and Carolyn Chandler; two brothers, Thomas A Yancey (Margaret) and John "Jack" Yancey (Marie); several nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, Charles McLennan. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 27, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 and Shady Grove Rd. Interment private.
