Dearest Kelly and other Barr families,
We all understand your feelings at this moment but please take consolation in the knowledge that life on earth is but a short time of schooling. But it is of such great significance and a decisive turning point in our entire existence that we cannot afford to take it lightly or toy with it. We can never be too careful or too conscious of the consequences of our actions in our dealings with our fellowmen especially those with whom we are related. With this new knowledge, we now know that there is really no division between here and the so-called beyond. It is all one continous existence. That means we can still communicate with our departed loved ones and send them our loving thoughts and wishes. We can visit their graves and prayerfully encourage them to turn their gaze away from the world and those they left behind so as not to be earthbound but to look upwards in gratitude to The Light of God Who Alone is Life for the helps they need for their journey towards Paradise, our spiritual home.
May the Good Lord grant him the strength in his resolve to recognise and follow the path that leads to eternal Life. Amen.
John Okonye and family.

Dear Aunt Ida, Kellie, Sherrie and Guy,
I feel the greatness of your loss, and my own is so great. Uncle Barney was so kind and caring to me, and my memories of him are so warm and loving.
I was blessed to have him as my Godfather, my Uncle and my friend.
May the love that he so freely gave continue to surround and comfort you.
You, and your extended families, are in my thoughts and prayers.
I'm sharing one of my favorite photos of Uncle Barney and me; I hope you enjoy it.
Love, Joanne

Dearest Dad,

It seemed like only yesterday when we spent the week with you and Mum and you were so strong and in charge; vibrant and full of ideas. That is the picture of you I still have in my mind and that is the picture I will keep with me.

However, in the movement that is the Cycle of Life, we also know that seasons come and seasons go; fruits sprout, grow, mature, ripen, decay and return to earth to start the cycle all over again.

Our prayer for you now is that you may now recognise the Goodness and Greatness of your Maker and that you may fulfil HIS Purpose for you in that Great Cycle of Life.

Our prayers and loving thoughts accompany you.

With fond thoughts from Olabode, Clara, Omo and Eniafe Osenie
