John P. "Jack" Nolan, April 29, U.S.M.C. (Ret. C.P.D.). Beloved husband of Liz; loving father of John (Maria), Clint (Lisa) and the late Patrick; dear grandfather of six; cherished son of the late Phillip and Mary Nolan; fond brother of Thomas, Ret. C.P.D. (Erin) and Michael Ret. Lt. Col. U.S.M.C. (late Gloria) Nolan, Kathleen O'Malley Ret. C.P.D., Timothy C.P.D. (Lori) Nolan, Therese (Michael) Bracken and the late Phillip Nolan; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Member of Third Battalion Fourth Marines (Thundering Third). Chapel service Thursday, 11:30 a.m., at Donnellan Funeral Home, 10525 South Western Ave., Chicago. Interment private. Visitation, Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m. (St. Jude at 7 p.m.).
