I met Charlie at the District VIII caucus at Grand Rapids while he was campaigning for Natl Treasurer. My deepest sympathies to the Saylor Family. I was fortunate to work for Charlie as a clerk and then with him as a supervisor at the Baltimore Post office in the 1960's. Charlie was fair and respected and it was a pleasure to cross paths with him.
