DAVID STRAUCH Obituary

David M. Strauch Sr., beloved husband of Bonne Strauch; loving father of David (Dianne) Strauch Jr., Katharine (Bradley) Hipp and Charles Richard Strauch; proud grandfather of Stephanie, Elizabeth and Abigail Hipp; dearest brother of Richard Strauch. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a graduate of Duke University. While at Duke University, he was a First Team All-American in Soccer. Memorial Service to be held at community Presbyterian Church, 38 N. Prospect Ave., Clarendon Hills, IL, 60514, on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wellness House, 131 N. County Line Rd., Hinsdale, IL 60521. Our deepest sympathy to the Strauch family. I will never forget David's love of life and tennis at the Salt Creek Club. Some of our fondest memories at SCC came from David (and Richard).
