Dawn Kidd Obituary
She volunteered for the Girl Scouts, the American Cancer Society, and most recently volunteered for the Northeast Deaf and Hard of Hearing. She also volunteered as an adult basic education tutor.
She was the wife of Ronald Kidd, deceased. She is survived by seven children, John Kaplan, Barrington, R.I., David Kaplan, Bristol, R.I., Kathleen Kidd Parker, Northfield, Kevin Kidd, Coventry, R.I., Carol Ann Kidd Donnelly, Burrillville, R.I., and Kerry Kidd, Concord; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 17, at 11 a.m.. at St. Paul Parish, 108 School Street, Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation, www.gloriagemma.org.

I'm so sorry to hear about Dawn's death. We knew each other from Junior High School and have kept in touch from time to time over the years. It was special to have her attend our 50th High School reunion. She had a lot of fun and we all were so happy to see her. I'll always remember her smiling and enjoying herself that night.
