AGE: 27 • formerly of Haddon Heights
Steven "Neverfold" Russo, on April 2, 2012, age 27, formerly of Haddon Heights, NJ. He was the beloved son of Megan Kurtz Hargrove and John Anthony Russo; loving father of Christopher K. and John Anthony; devoted brother of Jessica (Xavier), John Anthony Russo, III, Erika (Christopher), and Joelle, grandson of Anthony Russo, Sr.; nephew of Jennie Payne, Tony Russo, Jr., and Capt. Daniel Payne; cousin of John, Kindler, and Dusty; and uncle/tio to 4 nephews and 3 nieces.
Steven was an All-Star player for Bellmawr-Runnemede Hockey.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing and funeral Monday from 9:00-11:00 AM in the ALLOWAY FUNERAL HOME 315 E. Maple Ave., Merchantville, NJ. Funeral Service 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment Oddfellows Cemetery, Pemberton, NJ.

As I sit and read the other stories of those who lost loved ones to Camden's tough streets in this newspaper it breaks my heart to have to write on your guestbook. I still haven't signed the one from your funeral because I wanted to be last. Steven Vincent you took so much with you that you probably never knew you had the day you left. You took our hearts and smiles. So many still mourn this senseless loss. Only my faith in God allows me to know that this was meant to be, because my flesh, this worldy body, doesnt want to believe it. I think of you each day my brother. I look for you in the sky at night. I cry with the rain. I smile at all the lives you touch & I am so proud to say what a great man you were. I love you always and will neverfold, until my last breath & then I will see you again with your beautiful smile that you smiled just for me in this picture. Miss you bro.

Sorry for your loss. Stevie was always polite and respectful to us and my parents. We often speak of him as my son, Jason Pineda's, bodyguard on the rink. He always had his back.
