I went to high school with adrian. The thing that I remember when I think of him is his smile. You couldn't be in a bad mood around him, he just had that affect on people. He will truely be missed. To his wife and kids, I don't even have the words to say how sorry I am for you. Cherish all of the wonderful memories that you have of him.

My deepest condolences to all of Adrian's family and friends. He was a brave man who loved his wife and kids, and said so often. I will remember his smile and humor most of all. I pray that God heals the hearts of everyone who knew him and strengthens the memories of the lives he touched.

Adrian Anthony Velasquez was a great friend. I met him my Freshman year of high school and we quickly became good friends. He was always smiling, telling jokes... very fun-loving.

The world not only lost a great soldier but most importantly a great person. My heart goes out to Adrian's family at this time and in the days ahead.

I will miss you... truly.

I met Adrian when he was a teenager and lived with his friend, my nephew. I was honored when he sought my assistance while attending Fresno City College. I enjoyed our conversations during his visits to my office and I liked watching him play baseball. My sincere condolences go out to his wife, sons, and everyone who loved him. I pray for his journey from this earth to peace with our creator. God Bless You Adrian.

Adrian was a wonderful person and a true friend. We went to school together but became good friends just a couple years ago. He was so proud of being in the Army but his true passion was his family. I miss him so much. All my prayers to his family.
