Lois Jarvis Obituary

LORAIN - Lois A. Jarvis (nee James), 69, of Lorain, passed away suddenly on Tuesday May 10, 2011.
She was born in Gassaway West Virginia on June 10, 1941 and had been a resident of Lorain for 46 years. Lois was a homemaker who enjoyed video games, camping, travel, and spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Gary M. Jarvis, children, Connie (Al) Ruth of Lorain, Gary (Krista) Jarvis Jr. of South Carolina, and Randy (Linda) Jarvis of Amherst, grandchildren, Brian, Erin, Alan Jr., Ryan, Nicole, Courtney, and Stephanie, 6 great-grandchildren and twin great-grandchildren to be, brothers, Walter James Jr. of Lorain, Joseph James of Salem West Virginia, and Russell James of Sheffield Lake, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Isabelle (Ross) James and her brother and sisters.
Friends may call Thursday May 12, 2011 from 4-8 PM at Wyers Funeral Chapel 2900 North Ridge Road Sheffield Township. Funeral Services and Burial will take place Saturday May 14, 2011 in Gassaway West Virginia.

Mom...You were an amazing woman and as much as I will miss you, I know you are in a better place. God is getting a wonderful angel. You have always been my shoulder to cry on, my advice giver, my light at the end of many dark tunnels and a fantastic mom. I'm not sure how I'm gonna do this without you, but you will always be in my heart guiding me. I promise you that i will take very good care of dad. One day, we will be together again.
