Mark Trowbridge Obituary

TROWBRIDGE Mark Steven Trowbridge, a towboat captain, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at the age of 51. He was preceded in death by his beloved father, Fred Morris Trowbridge, Sr. and is survived by his mother, Ruth S. Trowbridge. Brother of Fred M. Trowbridge, Jr., Denise T. Bruno and Kellie T. Pagan. Uncle of Michele Trowbridge Barreca, Fred M. Trowbridge, III, Anna Bruno and Christina Bruno. Mark was a lifelong New Orleanian who resided in Metairie and was an avid Saints fan. Friends and family are invited to attend the Graveside Service on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Please go to the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4800 Airline Dr., Metairie at 10:45 a.m. for the precession to the gravesite. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Poydras Home, Hunter House, 5354 Magazine St., New Orleans, LA 70115, in care of Ruth S. Trowbridge.
