G. CLAYPOOLE Obituary

CLAYPOOLE
G. RUSSELL, 87, formerly of Somers Point, NJ and NE Philly, a milkman for 38 years, died peacefully in his sleep of heart/lung complications Tues., Oct. 5, 2010 at St. Joseph's Manor in Meadowbrook, PA. Growing up with 4 siblings, Elmer, Harold, Ruth and Betty, in the Frankford section of Phila., Mr. Claypoole then served in the Navy Seabees during World War II. Mr. Claypoole is survived by; a daughter, Judith Harris; 2 sons, Russell Jr. and Douglas; daughter-in-law Colleen; a sister, Ruth; 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be at 11 A.M., Friday, October 8, at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia, 13500 Philmont Ave.

I'll miss you Russ. I loved your great sense of humor and your positive outlook on life. Thinking of you always makes me smile. I will value your friendship and am grateful that God had our paths cross in life. I still see you across the street working in the garage doing woodworking. I thank God for everything you brought in my life. Looking forward to seeing you in Heaven. :)
