I grew up in Merkel and went to MHS with Bill and Jack, graduating with Jack in 1943. Mrs. Haynes was my English teacher. My prayers and sympathy to all of you. May you be comforted with all the happy memories you have in your heart. Mary Jo Hutchins Briley, Odessa, TX

I am so happy I was able to have a few fun conversations with Bill out on the front porch. What a positive uplifting soul!! He accepted me for exactly the way I am and that is what made him most special to me.
