Happy St Patrick's Day. A gentleman playing the bagpipes stopped into the studio where I was working to play for us. He played. I danced. I wished it were you. I miss you Dad. Erin Go Bragh. All my love. Your Jenny Anne

Hi Dad. Thanks to Kat, we lit candles all over France for you this week on behalf of your girls and Anja -- even some in Montmarte's Sacre Coeur, which you and Anja visited together. The light of your life far exceeds these candles, but we hope they add to your delightful memory. We love you.

Today we will share memories of Michael. I never had the pleasure of knowing Michael, but have a clear picture of a kind and great man from all those who knew him. A great indication of Michael's love is the dedication and care returned to him by his loving wife Anja. Anja, you have been in my prayers and thoughts. I wish you peace and know you have a guardian angel in Michael who will always be with you.

On Saturday we will say godbye to one great guy. Your sense of humor will be missed. You fought a good fight and now you can rest. To your family who is left behind we send our thoughts and prayers. To Anja - we hope all your friends will help ease the sorrow you are feeling. You are a "Special" lady so keep the faith and let us know if we can help with anything.

Daddy-O, how many teachings can one daughter share in a space like this? I ditto Jenn and add the following treasured lessons:
"Looking at you makes time stand still" is better than "you have a face that can stop a clock";
Free will means: "The right of your fist ends at the tip of my nose";
and so many other Dad-isms, including "Canada geese".
You gave so much more than you took in this life. Joy, laughter, music, intelligence and love. I am blessed for my share of it. Love and miss you.
So, Eddie, do me a favor -- kiss me good night,
Mary

What a wonderful man, devoted father, true friend. All statements that are so true of Jim. With a twinkle in your eye, a smile on your lips and a wit quicker than them all, you touched my life and opened the door to a family that means the world to me. You will be missed here on earth but will never be forgotten in my heart and my memories. My thoughts and prayers are with those you left behind. May the wings of God's love bring you home to heaven. God speed my friend, until we meet again.

As a young x-ray student, I remember Jim being held up as a standard-bearer. He was skilled and dedicated. As I later learned to know him personally, I found a man with a great sense of humor and love for his fellow man. I am sure hs family will miss him greatly.

Here's to you Daddy-o. I am blessed and proud to have you as my father. I am grateful for all your words of encouragement and your quick wit.
May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
May the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
May the Lord hold you in the palm of his hand.
I love you Dad.
Your devoted daughter, Jennifer Anne
