Beloved husband of Diane Garrison; father of Daniel Garrison (Sunny Nieh) Rubin and Catherine Garrison (James Horner) Rubin; grandfather of Christopher Rubin and Aidan Horner. I knew Mike professionally and we worked together on a number of issues related to the ATP program while he was at NIST. I am very saddened to learn of his passing. But I know that my life is better for having met and worked with him. I will always miss him!
