Jon Balmer Obituary

Balmer, Jon M
36, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on January 13, 2015 at his home in Phoenix, AZ. He attended Phoenix Country Day School and graduated through the Paradise Valley School District. Jon earned his BA in Computer Animation from the Art Institute of Phoenix and worked as a game artist/animator in Santa Monica, CA and Phoenix, AZ. He is survived by his parents, Wes and Donna Balmer and his sister, Brienna L. Balmer. He will be greatly missed. There will be no service, however, Jon would be pleased if you could visit the website attached to learn about HS for others and to donate. http://www.hs-foundation.org/

It saddens me to learn that you have left us. I hope that you are at peace. Your death was a shock to the HS community, and all though our views and sense of humor were totally different, I am saddened that it ended this way. Prayers for your loved ones. You are missed.

Jon you will be missed so much. I remember how happy I was when you added me to family on facebook, Aunt Cindy! You told me once to never be afraid to write so I wrote the above for you.
One of my fondest memories of being with you, was when we told each other our middle names sitting on a quarter pipe ramp in your folks backyard, which may sound weird to some but to us it made perfect sense.
