I don't think I'll ever stop being sad about the loss--and it's incredible it's been 9 years ago!!!--of Patrick, such a very special person. He is sorely missed. I learned a lot from him--about guitar, yes, but about gentleness, and kindness, and about patience--and will always remember him fondly. I'm so much richer for having known him.

It's been 5 years since losing Patrick, and I still miss him. Things were very different at Carroll after he passed. And I know we all had a hole in our hearts that won't be able to be filled. He was such a great friend and teacher! He had such patience! But I'm definitely much richer for having known him.

Four years have passed already but the lessons I learned from Patrick are still fresh. Old enough to be his Dad, he earned my respect after the 1st lesson. We worked together for 5 semesters and I achieved far more than I could have studying on my own. He taught me determination and perseverance. He also taught me the pure joy of achievement in little things. l'll never forget Patrick; I am richer for having known him.

Patrick was my band's group leader one summer in Day Jams probably 15 years ago. I bought the Table Top Poets CD Finding Your Ped(t)als from him and remarkably still have and listen to it today. I only knew him for that short amount of time, but his kindness and gentle heart echoed through my life since. I thought of him on numerous occasions through those 15 years but was too shy and embarrassed that he might not remember me to reach out and see how he was doing and what he was up to. Patrick was truly one of a kind - he will not be forgotten.

Mr. Kisicki was my online instructor for History of Rock and Roll. He was one of the more kind professors and genuinely interested in his field of instruction. He will be missed as one of the more positive role model instructors at Carroll Community.

The National Kidney Foundation of Maryland was deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Patrick. As a transplant receipient, he was an advocate for the mission and he organized several fundraisers for the organization through music concerts. A truly humble and generous man, we will remember him fondly. Our condolences go out to his family.

Patrick was one of my most enjoyable nontraditional music education students at Towson University, and I had the pleasure of having him in a few music education courses during his most recent time at Towson University. Since then, I have gotten to know him through some of his good friends in our neighborhood, and Pat always spoke so highly of his students and his love for teaching. He will truly be missed, as he was a great teacher, musician, and such a good person. My prayers and thoughts go out to your family.

Dear Kisiki family and friends: please accept my heartfelt condolences for your grievous loss. I had the privilege and great good fortune to be one of Patrick's students. His gentleness, kindness and patienceespecially with a senior student like myselfalong with his talent and the generosity and pure joy with which he shared his musical gifts can never be replaced. But Patrick was more than a guitar teacher; he was an example of how to live a life of service with courage and love. As I keep Patrick in my heart and prayers, so too will you all be in my prayers. May time and God's love ease your aching hearts and bring you peace.

Patrick was a great teacher and an even better friend. We had many good chats about everything from music to faith to family.

I have lost too many people over my lifetime, and this one has been one of the worst. What a kind, sweet, gentle soul. My heart goes out to his family. All of us have wonderful memories of Patrick, and those will help us all as we try to handle this difficult time.
