To the Sampson Family: Although you do not know me personally I wanted to send to you my deepest condolences. Upon reading how this fine man and his wife Linda were brutally taken from this earth, it touched my heart to know they are with the Lord, Jesus Christ. God bless you and keep you strong. You are blessed to know our Lord.

"To The Leroy Sampson Family"
With Deepest Sympathy of Your Family.
It's difficult to bear the loss of one so very dear. But may it help a bit to know that caring thoughts are near, and may your special memories be a comfort to you, and keep the one you loved so much still very close to you.

I want to express my deepest condolences to the Sampson Family, especially my friend Lonnie! I know that you will certainly miss your dad! I’m sorry I wasn’t able to make it to the service due to travel, but know that my thoughts and prayers were with you!
Every time I saw him Mr. Sampson, he was so friendly and nice. I remember that last time I saw him he was dancing with his daughter Lonnie at her wedding!
Always remember the word says: to be “absent” from the body is to be “present” with the Lord! II Corinthians 5:6-8. Your dad is in resting in a much greater place. Remember: “Look to the hills from whence cometh your help. Your help comes from the Lord.” Psalm 121!
Be blessed and continue to keep your faith in God, He will get you all through this difficult time!

Good-night my Friends,
Aaron, I am missing seeing you at church and asking for the car for the prom. You would always respond "the prom left you, Jackie, many years ago. There are very few people that could light up the world like you did, Aaron. You were full of fun, laughter, but more importantly love.
Cameron told me he remembered how you would throw your keys in the air after you locked your doors, as if you were the proudest person in the world. Thanks so much for being that mentor in his life.
Let Linda know that I enjoyed our very first talk in Walmart, about the Glory collard greens. Every since that day 5 years ago, she treated me as if we were lifelong friends.
I thank you both for standing in line at Early Voting to make history. It was a pleasure serving you the water and having Aaron entertain me, while you two had to wait. So glad you both got to see our President Elect Obama. It is amazing the numbers, 3=days of love, peace and happiness, 4=1st black president, 5-Aaron Birthday, 6-your homegoing
I miss you both. I pray that you both ask the Lord so send the sunshine down to dry up the rain.
Much Love Forever in our Hearts

Sampson (is what I called him), my dear friend, classmate and ex-coworker (Pratt & Whitney) for too many years to say (smile) and later met his wonderful wife Linda who welcome me with open arms. I never had to call when I was in town, just stop by. To his family, I truly loved him and will miss him and Linda. May GOD bless each one of you because he has Sampson and Linda in his arms.

I can truly say the world has lost a true gentleman. Gone but not forgotten. To the family there is one thing mankind's greatest enemy death cann't take away, that is the fond memories you have of him "cherrish them" as you pray for strength and await the ressurection. Remember the words of Revelation 21:4.

God has blessed us to have had the chance to meet and know the Sampson's. He definitely used them as a model of what he wants us all to be. Although we grieve because we know they did not deserve what they went through, we know they are in a better place(no worries anymore). Be happy & rejoice that we had the blessings of knowing the Sampson's & be to others what they were to us! They were exceptionally great people!

To the Sampson Family
Please find solace in knowing that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers during this very sad time.
I worked with Aaron at Pratt & Whitney, many years in Finance. I was honored to have known him. He was one of the nicest gentlemen I could have known. Always had a kind word, and a smile. I remember our laughs and he lived life well.
It seems so unfair that someone this kind should be taken from us but I am sure God has plans for Aaron.
Again my deepest sympathy for all of you.
Sincerely,

To the family of Leroy and Linda:
I am the daughter of Margie Joseph and I was very shocked and upset by the events of Novermber 6, that took the lives of my cousin and his wife. To his beautiful daughters know that you have another angel in Heaven to watch over you. Love to all.

From one Sampson Family to another, it is with the deepest sense of loss, grief and heartache that we remember our beloved brother Aaron and our sister Linda Joyce. We loved you dearly and can only rely on our faith and friendships to get us all through this most tragic and difficult time. Never was there a person who so selflessly gave so much of himself and asked for nothing in return. We always counted on him for everything and we hope that he knew how much we loved and appreciated him, and now will miss him. He will forever be in our heart as we remember the good times, and God willing, we will see his warm and loving smile again. Our prayers are with the entire extended Sampson family, especially Frank, the girls who have lost their wonderful father and Linda's family. We love you.

Not knowing your brother personally I can only say that after reading all the other tributes to him and his wife, I know they were good people and that makes the tragedy even sadder.
