Celebration of Life for Jay (Jerry) Williams who was born on November 3rd, 1952 in Phoenix, Arizona. Jay is survived by his loving wife, Debbie, sons Paul (Ayrika), Russell (Katie) and David (Carolina). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren with 3 grandsons soon to be born, his uncle Dale Williams, sisters Debra Clark (Fred) and Lori Starr (Greg), brothers Lonnie Hayes (Robin) and Dick Williams (Tara), and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Jerry and Glee (Szymanski) Williams and brother, Robin Williams. Jay was a businessman who took great pride in building his business, Heavy Truck Salvage, located in Phoenix. He was a man of great integrity who valued his deep relationships with his family, friends, employees and customers. Jay enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, racing desert cars and spending time in Rocky Point. Services will be held on Sunday, August 30 at 2 pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home located at 6450 W. Northern Ave - Glendale, AZ 85301. in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the 100 Club of Arizona or Phoenix Inner City Kids, both of which he supported.
