Caleb Milne Obituary

Milne, Caleb Aubrey
Caleb Aubrey Milne, 45, died February 16th, at his home in Guadalajara, Mexico. A memorial service is being planned, information will be posted on his Facebook page. He was born in Tucson, Arizona, June 28, 1966 to Frederic and Robin Milne. Caleb graduated from Greenway High School, located in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1984. He worked for many years in the service industry finding himself in Wyoming and Colorado whose settings complimented his love of the outdoors where he embraced the phenomena of the physical world and what it could offer him. Caleb also worked in the construction related utilities industry. In this capacity he found himself a home in Flagstaff, Arizona for many, many years. He loved the high country of Arizona which provided him the climate and outdoor recreation activities that he thrived on. His most distasteful thing to do, at this time in his life, was to have to travel to the intense heat of the Phoenix valley. The beautiful high elevation, pine trees, lakes and streams was the only place he felt real peace and comfort, it was where his true balance became apparent. An avid fisherman, he grew up with a fishing pole in his hand and never went anywhere without it. He enjoyed fishing all over the country, especially with his late grandfather Frederic, at the family farm in western Massachusetts. He also loved fishing with his brother Matthew, brother in law Troy, and friend Ty, in Arizona. But perhaps what Caleb enjoyed most was fishing by himself, with his beloved dog and friend, Gage. At age 43, in search of a new adventure, Caleb had taken a new profession of teaching English to Spanish speaking students. He moved to Guadalajara where he completed a course of study. He then began to work in his new career, until his early departure from this world. Caleb is survived by his Father, Frederic Milne, Jr. of Glendale, Arizona, his mother, Robin Taylor Wright, and spouse David Wright, of Glendale Arizona, ex-wife Angela Allen Milne and her two children Brook and Mariah, his sisters: Elizabeth Milne of Phoenix Arizona, Kelly Lewis, spouse Troy, of Peoria Arizona, Heidi Felan, spouse DJ, of Peoria Arizona, Paige Davis, spouse Ken, of Peoria Arizona, and brother Matthew Milne, spouse Melanie, of Peoria Arizona. His aunt Nancy LaRouche of Rochester, New York and uncles Christopher Milne of Conway, Massachusetts, Olaf Taylor of San Carlos, Mexico, and Erik Taylor, spouse Frances, of Denver Colorado. And finally his nephews; Jacob, Trevor, Alex and nieces; Brittany, Raen, Matty, Tatum and Zoe. His warm smile and witty sense of humor will be sorely missed by all.
