Matthew: I never knew you but know your mom now (which I am so thankful for). Your mom speaks so highly of you - what a wonderful young man you were. She, your dear father and brother all miss you a lot, along with your extended family. Now you are in the arms of Jesus and are smiling down on all of us, knowing one day you will be reunited. David,
Today, I got word of your son's passing and my heart sunk as my soul was overwhlemed.Though we have not been in touch for so many years, just the fact that we had shared our High School years together burdens my heart to hear of your loss. Please know that our family is praying for you and yours at this time. May the Lord bless you with the strength to bare this burden and the joy of the memories that you all have!

To Our Family
It is with great sorrow that we have received the news of Matthew's passing.
Words cannot describe the loss we feel.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this most difficult time.
We know that God will look favorably upon is soul.
We can take comfort in the realization that he is now enjoying the things he loved most, in God's sight.
He has found eternal happiness and peace, something we strive for our entire lives.
We know that he will keep watch over us and is sharing bliss with all of us that have gone before.
He is a shining star.
We love you always.
