I am so very sorry for your loss. I also met Billy in the class of 73-1B at the Police Academy. He was a fine Police Officer and a true character. He will be missed by anyone he ever met.

Very very few people had such a profound impact on my life. We met 19 Feb. 1973, Class 73-1B CPD Academy. And from there the stories and memories are endless. But Pamela (as he referred to you) you're the BEST thing that ever happened to him.

Please accept my condolences to the Delaney family on the tragic loss of Bill. It was my honor to have know him and learned from him while we worked in the sheriff's office. He was one of those special people you meet in your lifetime that are irreplaceable. Thank you Delaney family for sharing him with myself and others.

Bill, my cousin, I called Billy. I sure will miss him. He was a really special guy. And it's amazing how much he looked like his Dad - my Uncle Willie.
I'm praying for all the family in this sad time in your lives. May God surround you with His love and comfort.

I hope to be allowed to express my condolences for your family's loss. I'm sorry I never had the occasion to meet Bill, but since he was a Delaney, it must be considered one of my life's greatest missed opportunities.
