Dear Janice,
I was greatly saddened to learn of Terry's death announcement in the Snack Food Association's weekly newsletter. I met him through that organizaion and always highly respected him for his business knowledge and the personal nature that was uniquely Terry. There are certain people you know have enriched your life over the years. That was Terry.
We had spoken last when he was about ready to leave Utz. I am glad he got his wish to start his own company. It is sad that when a new venture, or retirement, or whatever follows the straight corporate life for a person, that they cannot enjoy it longer.
Take care and God bless.

Dear Janice, Eric, & Ryan,
We were all very saddened to hear of Terry's death. He always was so robust; I always thought I or Tommy May with our heart problem histories would go before him. We have many fond memories of the original River Oaks gang and our children growing up together. I especially recall our basketball games with the hoop on the telephone pole; your wild preacher neighbor; and the differences when we discussed politics.
We hope to see you at the memorial service; Joann called you after we received your letter, but I understand that you are not home at this time. We pray that you find comfort with your family and with your fond memories of the years with Terry. Love from Joann and Gene and the boys.

Dear Janice,
We are deeply saddened to hear of Terry's death. Growing up with Terry and going to high school and college together was great fun. We did some crazy things and many fun things with Terry's enthusiasm leading the charge. I am sorry that we didn't get to go sailing. Our prayers are with you and your family.

We are so very, very sorry for your loss. We had only met Terry a few times when in Williamsburg for the golf outings. He was a wonderful, very personable, and caring man and made us feel so welcome in your home. We will always remember his smile.

Dear Janice, Eric, and Ryan,
Our years together in Wyomissing, Pa., have endeared you and your family to me forever.
We have many similarities in our lives.
In both Terry, and Bob, we have been blessed with the best of the best, men in our lives, who are gone to soon. We are both blessed with two loving sons and grandchildren to help ease our pain. And, a very deep faith, which will help uphold us as we go on with our lives.
I'll always remember Terry and Bob, throwing apple pies into the crowd, with their bakers hats and aprons on, in the Wyomissing 4th of July Parade. Both enjoying themselves so much, both with huge smiles on their faces.
May God shower you all, with strength, peace and love, as you go through this most difficult time.

Janice, Eric and Ryan,
I worked with Terry in Suffolk. I am a commercial realtor and helped him find locations for both Sepco and Magco. It was easy to be Terry's friend and I am deeply saddened by his passing. He was a joy to be around and a true gentleman. I will really miss him.

Dear Janice, Eric, & Ryan,
I am extremely sorry for your loss. Terry was a very unusual person, and I considered him one of my heroes. We enjoyed many laughs and we both shared a strong desire to succeed. Terry's drive and imagination was far superior to the average person.
Carolann and I will see you on January 9th, 2010, for the Memorial Mass. May God bless you and yours in your moment of sorrow.

Dear Janice, Eric, & Ryan,
I consider myself extremely privileged to have known Terry. He was my boss for quite a few years at UTZ Quality Foods, and he was the absolute best. His work ethics were beyond imagination, he followed and enforced the rules of management, but he was always honest and fair. What I most admired about Terry, was his devotion and deep love for his family. He was a unique individual and will be sadly missed by all. My deepest and sincere condolences to Janice, Eric, and Ryan and grandchildren.
