Jimmy Ray Osborne

Jimmy Ray Osborne, 70, of Louisa, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at his home.

He was born on December 13, 1939, in North Carolina, to the late Nathan B. Osborne and the late Beulah F. Osborne.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ann Osborne; a brother, John Osborne; a sister, Peggy Cardo; and four step-children, Marvin K. Sprouse, Tammie L. Daniker, Francis L. Sprouse and Tracie A. Sprouse.

Jimmy is survived by a brother, William T. Osborne and his wife, Carolyn; two sisters-in-law, Peggy Osborne and Yvonne Moneymaker, three brothers-in-law, Joe Cardo, Warren Tomlin and Nick Tomlin; and three step-children, Edgar W. Dawson Jr., Newton C. Dawson and his wife, Terri, and Terry L. Hale and her husband, Lance.

He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great- grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Jimmy is loved by all his family and friends and will be greatly missed. His memory will always be cherished in our hearts.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2010, at Teague Funeral Home.

A funeral will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at the Teague Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Mooreland Baptist Church Cemetery.
