Mattie Shifflett Obituary
Mattie V. Shifflett of Richmond, departed this life on Monday November 23, 2009.
She was the wife of the late James "Pete" Shifflett, he was from Free Union, Virginia.
Mattie was a very special person, she loved everyone and was loved by everyone who knew her.
She was the sister-in-law of Avis Morris and her husband, Ollie Morris, of Charlottesville; and Gary Morris was a very special nephew to her, whom she loved very much.
Mattie will be missed by everyone who knew her.
A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2009, at J.T. Morriss Funeral Home, 3050 West Hundred Road, Chester, Virginia.
A family night will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday November 27, 2009, at the funeral home.
