News Death Notice
HIXSON, Fred S. Jr. age 77, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at Kettering Medical Center. He is survived by Norma Hixson, his wife of 58 years; daughters, Debra Robillard; Judy Bush; Pamela (Steve) Paulson & Sandra Warde; sons, Steven (Nancy) Hixson & Fred (Shirley) Hixson III; sisters, Betty (Earl) Miller & Helen (Donald) Kear; 15 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren. He was a G.M. retiree, a 1950 graduate of Kiser High School and a member of the Church of the Cross. Funeral services 9:30 am Saturday, February 21, at Church of the Cross Methodist Church, 3121 Wilmington Pike, Kettering 45429. Pastor John Whitaker officiating. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Friday at MORRIS SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1771 E. Dorothy Lane, Kettering. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Church of the Cross Methodist Church. Condolences may be sent to www.morris-sons.com
