News Death Notice

NEAL, Buford age 82, of Clearcreek Township, passed away October 13, 2014. Buford was born September 7, 1932 to the late Terry & Zettie Neal. Buford retired from General Motors with over 35 years of service. Buford is survived by his loving wife of 59 years: Midge Neal; two children: Glenn Neal & Roselynn Dillon; second son: David Dillon; two grandchildren: Brad & Chip Knee; two great grandchildren: Jocelyn & Anderson; brothers: Malcolm & Boyd Neal; sister: Shirley Gleason; and numerous other family members and friends. Along with his parents, Buford was preceded in death by his brothers: Estes, Lawrence, Terry Jr. & Hugh Neal and sisters: Dora Wolfinbarger, Bessie Wise, Lillian Tipton & Betty Day. A Celebration of Buford's Life will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering with John Lutes & Chris Dillon officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until time of service. The family would like to extend at special thanks to Debbie Townsend from all of her love, care and support. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Buford.
