JoAnn C. Hall

Wilmington

JoAnn C. Hall, of Wilmington passed away peacefully Sunday, September 28, 2014 following a courageous 3 year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). JoAnn was born in Wilmington, Delaware to the late Charles B. and Marguerite M. Campbell. She was a graduate of Brandywine High School in 1969 and was a homemaker for most of her adult life. JoAnn enjoyed reading, watching movies and shopping but her favorite activity by far were moments spent with her children and grandchildren. She had a kind, peaceful and generous spirit felt by all who knew her.

JoAnn is survived by her husband, Russell H. Hall; son, Brian C. Hall; daughter, Heather L. Christoph; and grandchildren, Ophelia and Brendan. She is also survived by a brother, Charles B. Campbell, III (Barbara) and Robert E. Campbell (Mimi).

In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the ALS Delaware Chapter at www.alsphiladelphia.org. A spring memorial service is currently being planned in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
