Kathleen Segar Obituary
Kate was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Alice Gormley (nee Campbell) both deceased. She was a graduate of West Catholic Girls High School in 1946. Kate volunteered much of her time at Annunciation BVM, Monsignor Bonner, and Archbishop Prendergast during her children's time at those schools. She worked for TV Guide as a Secretary in their Accounting Department. Kate loved every moment with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time at the Jersey shore, playing cards, and her pursuit to win the lottery. She was known for her onion dip, whiskey sours, and doing the Irish Jig. Those who met her could never forget her beautiful blue eyes and her one of a kind personality.
Survivors: She is survived by her children Paul of Key West, FL , Kevin (Jennifer) of West Chester, PA, Mark of Margate, NJ, Joseph Segar of Bryn Mawr, PA and Kathleen Green (Gerald) of Springfield, PA. Her grandchildren Jessica, Tara, Katrina, Gayle, Meghan, Liam, Shannon and her great-grandchildren Gunnar and Tatum. She is also survived by her sister, Alice Krause. Kate was pre-deceased by her siblings Nan Grewe, Joseph "Buddy" and Jimmy Gormley.

Funeral Mass: Thursday 11:00AM St Anastasia Church 3301 West Chester Pike Newtown Square.
Interment: Private.
