Jason Dredger Obituary
Bloomfield: Age 41, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014, after a courageous five year battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Kelly (Kyle) Dredger; two sons, Kevin and Kyle; his mother, Rose Anne Dredger; three siblings, John (Mary Lou) Dredger, Timothy (Danielle) Dredger and Amy Adams; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mary Lee and Michael Kyle; sister-in-law, Julie (Norman) Krause; aunt and uncle, Joan and Peter Di Marco; 2 nephews; and 2 nieces. He was predeceased by his father, John Dredger in 2010.
Jason earned a bachelor's of science degree from Syracuse University in 1995. He worked as an engineer with M/E Engineering in Rochester for 19 years. Jason was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed golfing. Most of all, he loved spending time with his young sons and wife.
Friends may call tomorrow (Monday) from 5-8 p.m. at Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc., 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. His funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Interment will be in St. Bridget's Cemetery, Bloomfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family, for a scholarship fund to be established for Jason's two sons.
