Vic was the most nicest, kindest and caring person I've ever met. You can tell that by the way he treated my grandmother and others around him. You'll be truly missed Vic! Thank you for for everything you've done not only for our family, but for being the kind of person you were to everyone around you.

Victor was one of the most caring people I have ever known! He took care of everyone he came in contact with. He and my mother became close friends several years ago and the two of them became very close after my father passed away in 2004. He was part of our family and I will never forget all of the acts of kindness he not only showed my mother but every one of us! We all loved you Vic and you will truly be missed!
