Shannon and I enlisted in the Iowa national guard about the same time and spent alot of time training together before we went off to basic and AIT. Shannon was a guy that would bring a smile to your face and be there for you when you needed to talk. He will be missed deeply and his family are in my thoughts and prayers

shannon was always a good guy whenever he goes to his dads house and i was there we always had a good time he was a good friend and a good person i will always miss him and remember the great guy he was he was my friend my brother and the guy i wanted to be. with all my love kyle
