Howard, many years have passed since being with you as a good friend, our oil field days together in the '80's were exciting and you were a great friend to Susan and I. My condolences go out to the Bagby family, may our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ give you peace and understaning through the Holy Spirit. I have wanted to get in touch with Howard over these last few months and I am so sorry we were not able to

Howard. Thanks for introducing me to Freddie King at the apartment pool in FS. The trip to Austin to see the Razorbacks beat the Horns. Stevie Ray and his brother after the game. King Biscuit in Helena. More memories than I can relate.

I can count my "friends" on one hand. You are on that hand.

I should have called more often. Sure will miss you.

Howard was a very special person. He supported my son (Tyler Pendergraft) everytime he was elgible to sell at the Ar./OK Fair.
Not only did he help support Tyler , but he also took an interest in his personal life. This is a very special person and will truly be missed.

Our hearts are once again broken upon hearing that Howard has so soon followed Cindy in leaving our world. Ben, your parents have already instilled in you a level of faith which will serve you well and continue to make them so very proud. You will become a man of great faith and integrity, the reward of their many prayers, diligent teaching and loving examples! We commit to pray for you as you face this very difficult season of your young life...and for as many years as God gives us breath. With deepest affection, Larry and Shelia Tapp

We are so appreciative of Howard's success. That takes both ability and dedication. Our son, Tom Hatcher was on "Howie's" little league team in Fort Worth.. They were good friends.
