Clifford Greenlee Obituary

GREENLEE Clifford G. Greenlee, 73, of Ashville, passed away Monday, August 20, 2012 surrounded by his wife and daughters. He was born October 24, 1938 in Circleville, Ohio to the late Finley and Nellie Greenlee. Clifford retired from List Builders, Ashville and had also worked for the former Charles R. Snyder Construction, Columbus. His life's passion was taking care of his horses, trail riding, and camping with his family. Preceded in death by parents and a brother Wilbur. Survived by loving wife of 54 years, Bonita J. (Cavinee); daughters, Diane (Gene) List and Debbie Greenlee; grandsons, Zackery and Hayden List; brothers, Wayne (Joann) Greenlee and Jerry Greenlee; sisters, Cora Ruth Spaeth, Helen Diltz, and Betty (Charles) Waidelich; sister-in-law, Fannie Greenlee; numerous nieces and nephews, and innumerable special friends who share a passion for trail riding and camping. There will be no visitation or funeral service. Clifford requested for cremation to take place. A private gathering will be held at the convenience of the family. The family request for those who wish, donations may be made to Berger Hospice, 1280 North Court St., Circleville, Ohio 43113 or your favorite charity.

Prayers for comfort in this time of loss. Stories and lots of laughter could always be found at Cliff and Bonita's campsite. I'm sure that he was handed a golden set of pruners when he past through the gate.
