Ronald Elsner Obituary
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 22, 2025 from 10:00 - 11:00 am at the Snyder Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Drive at W. William Street, Delaware, where services celebrating his life will follow at 11:00 am. The services will be webcast and can be viewed by visiting https://www.facebook.com/DelawareSFH/
Burial will follow in Cheshire Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1095 and members of the United States Army.

Ron and I met September 12, 1972, before classes began in the fall semester at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He was pursuing his PhD in Physics; I was working on my Masters of Library Science. We were married in Memphis, TN, June 24, 1973. I cherish the 53 years we shared (52 of them in marriage). Ron and I have been blessed to have each other and our two children and their families. This picture was taken at a Post-nuptial gathering in Chicago, IL, given by Ron's parents August 4, 1973.
