Theresa Zukowski Obituary
She was born on July 29, 1964, in Erie.
Theresa was a member of the Mercy Center for Women. She was the very first alumnae in the year 1997 for the Mercy Center, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
Theresa was preceded in death by her mother Karen Zukowski-Bentz, her father Thaddeus Zukowski, and a brother Patrick Zukowski.
She is survived by her sister Melissa Carlson Bucci and a nephew Damian Carlson. Theresa is also survived by her two children Mark Zukowski and Julia Rose Zukowski and two grandchildren whom she loved dearly Halynn and Kompton Zukowski.
Friends and family are welcome to the Belle Valley Presbyterian Church, 1694 Norcross Rd., on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 6 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Robert Schell officiating. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are welcome to the family, to help with expenses. The Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd., is handling arrangements.

MY condolences to the entire Zukowski family.I graduated high school with Theresa at Academy High School in 1982 and met Theresa in 1978 at the former Joe,s arcade on Peach Street. There were also fun times hanging out at "the creek"(Mill Creek). I also hung out with Pat in later years and had fun times. So sorry to hear of Theresa's passing. May the Good Lord have a place for her in His Kingdom. I will always remember Theresa and the fun times of our youth. Sincerely, John Boyer(Crazy J)
