David B. Raub

David B. Raub, 75, of Williams Township, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was cared for by the wonderful aides and nurses of Life Choice Hospice. Born: October 29, 1938, in Easton, he was a son of the late John and Isabelle Clark Raub. Personal: He and his wife, the former Sandra Kinsey, celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on January 16, 2014. David was last employed by Trinkley's Escort. Previously he had worked at Chrin's Tire & Wheel, Big A Auto Parts and Nazareth Steel. He had also been the owner and operator of Dave's Mobil on 3rd Street and on 13th Street in Easton. He graduated from Wilson High School Class of 1956. Memberships: David was one of the founders of the Easton Slow Pitch League and the 35+ Veterans League. He served on the Williams Township Zoning Board. He was a lifetime member of Order of Fleas. He was a former member of the Lions Club and St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Survivors: In addition to his loving wife, Sandra; he is survived by three daughters, Michelle Vail and her husband Ron, Deborah James and her husband Paul, and Danielle Loucks and her husband Cory, all of Easton; seven grandchildren, Nicole, Ashley, Allison and her fianc, Brian, Ron "Bud" and his fiance, Kelly, Brittany and her husband Matt, Courtney and Shelby; five great-grandchildren, Parker, Isaiah, Ava, Jackson and Preston; a brother, John "Jack" Raub and his wife Marlo; his favorite sister-in-law, Andrea Miller and her husband John; three brothers-in-law, Robert Kinsey and his wife Carol, Dale Kinsey and his wife Nina, and John Corona; nieces and nephews.
