My deepest sympathy to Bill's family. I have wonderful memories chatting with Bill and Felice when they would be sitting on Felice's front porch when she still lived on Wilson St. Bill would tell me stories about growing up in Phillipsburg. My daughter lived right across the street at 411 Wilson St., so many a summer eve I'd wander across the street, sit myself down on a step and chat for awhile. May Bill now be at peace for eternity. Doug,Steph and Boys, We will be thinking of you all today on this tough day. We did not know your grandfather personally however being in the Emergency services we do hold that special bond and feel that we knew him forever. From the many organizations he was involved in is proof he was a great man to society and his family. So while today is a sad day it's also a good day because heaven gained a special person and he leaves you with many great memories and a legacy to be proud of.
