He was born Nov. 14, 1967, to Aida E. Togno and the late Louis John Togno.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at E. F. Drum Funeral Home in Lincolnton.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lincolnton.
E. F. Drum Funeral Home is serving the Togno family.
