Jean Rosinski Obituary

Jean Ann Rosinski, 70, Green Bay, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012, at Woodside Nursing Home in Green Bay.

She was born Oct. 5, 1941, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Victor and Helen (Merhalski) Sericati. Jean graduated from Iron Mountain High School in 1960. She was employed by K-Mart/Sears Company in the Green Bay area for 35 years. Jean enjoyed annual trips to Las Vegas, shopping, especially on QVC, cooking, spoiling her "grand-dog" Elle, and her holiday home decorations. She was an avid Green Bay East boys basketball fan. Jean was know for her generosity and caring nature. She was also know by the kids in her neighborhood for always having candy to hand out.

Jean is survived by two sons, Rick (Tracy) Rosinski and Ron Rosinski, both of Green Bay; three brothers, Don (Chris) Sericati and Dennis Sericati, both of Iron Mountain; and Tom (Yvonne) Sericati, Detroit; her favorite sister-in-law, Patti (Bruce) Miketinac, San Antonio, Texas; several nieces, nephews who lovingly refered to her as Aunt Jeannie.

Private family graveside services will be held at Cemetery Park in Iron Mountain.

The family has entrusted the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home of Iron Mountain with the arrangements.

Rick, Tracy and Ron - What a fun lady you had in your life. She was such an icon at the East games and was always eager to talk about her Vegas adventures. May your tears be tears of joy for having such a great Mom and role model. All our prayers and love.
