I grew up across the street from Janet, and remember her fondly. She was 7 years older than I, but always played with us younger children and taught us how to use a badminton raquet. She always had time for us.

We will always remember Mrs. Hallden. She was a lovely woman with the most gentleness of souls. She was a friendly woman who loved her family. We will remember her coming down to our home with her husband, Ken, always by her side, waiting to take their beloved grandchildren off the school bus. We will never forget the kindness she has shown us through the years and to our family. Mrs. Hallden, you were and are loved by many. We will miss you.
